How Elephas Horizon handles account, contact, request and watch-submission information for Available Watches, Find, Sell and Advisor conversations.
What we collect
We collect the account and contact details you provide, watch or request context, Seller photos, and the messages you submit to an Advisor. We do not ask for payment-card data or government identification at launch.
Why we use it
We use this information to show your private requests, respond to Available Watch, Find, Sell or General enquiries, review a submitted watch, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and keep an accurate service record.
Cookies
We currently use only cookies needed for sign-in, security and protected forms. We do not currently use nonessential analytics cookies. If that changes, we will obtain consent where applicable.
Photo identification
If you separately agree, a Source photo is decoded and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata, checked by a security scanner, and sent to OpenAI only for possible watch identification. Elephas Horizon does not store the photo or attach it to your advisor request. OpenAI does not train its models on API data by default, but may retain request data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and may retain flagged image inputs for safety review. Results are suggestions, not verification of identity, authenticity, provenance or availability.
Sharing, retention and choices
Approved infrastructure providers may process data only to operate the service. Retention depends on the request, security and legal obligations. Ask about access, correction or deletion through the Advisor contact form; identity and legal exceptions may apply.
